If you are tired of making the same old barbecue chicken, this page is for you! Chicken can have many different flavors. Below are some of our own personal recipes and some from users of Mountain View Spices.
Lemon Pepper Rosemary Chicken
3 chicken breasts
T olive oil
1 T of Mountain View Spices Lemon Pepper Rosemary Seasoning
Lightly coat chicken with olive oil. Rub 1 T of Lemon Pepper Rosemary Seasoning over meat. Grill or bake until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
If like to marinade. Mix 1/3 cup olive oil, 2/3 cup vinegar and 1 T Lemon Pepper Rosemary Seasoning and chicken place in a bowl or ziplock bag. Let sit for an hour and cook until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
Fried Chicken
4 chicken breast cup into pieces
Flour
eggs
bread crumb
Olive oil
1 T Mountain View Spices Lemon Pepper Rosemary Seasoning
Take 3 bowls and mix flour with the Lemon Pepper Rosemary Seasoning and put in one bowl. Mix a couple of eggs in another bowl. Then put bread crumb in the last bowl. Take individual pieces and start by coating chicken in flour mixture, then coat chicken in egg mix then coat chicken with bread crumbs. Repeat the process until all chicken pieces are coated. Heat olive oil in a fry pan. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on medium high on each side then cover and lower heat and cook for 10 minutes. (will depend on thickness of the chicken) For added lemon flavor drizzle lemon juice over chicken while cooking.
